Dancing is a joyous, uplifting activity, and my aim is to make learning belly dancing a fun and accessible form of exercise. The classes are for all women, regardless of age or fitness level. No previous dancing experience is necessary.

Clothes: wear comfortable but relatively tight top and trousers with a bright coloured hipscarf. The best to dance in belly dance or ballet shoes or barefooted.
